This sweet dog came up to me and my kids when I was going to my mom’s house to let out her dogs. It had a blue collar but no tags. It is secured in her backyard but she cannot keep it because she has three dogs.

White. I didn’t get too close. Saw this white dog again, this is the second time seen. Today the dog was on a small hill located at the dept of public works there in Cumberland, behind the Cumberland Police Dept. He’s been in that area for three weeks, someone told me. He’s wandering around, someone is feeding him but he’s still outside wandering.
