This is a long shot as to me being on I-65 South just before Keystone exit. Medium size dog. Black and grey. Looked like a small “German Shepard” body type, but not a German Shepard. Seen on the right shoulder walking north sniffing the ground.

The dog ran from me. She/he was a little white dog, looked like a Chihuahua. I saw him/her the other night and didn’t see him/her yesterday. If this dog does belong to someone it is way too cold for it to be outside. I tried calling the dog but they wouldn’t get close.
