Is this someone’s baby? I came out this morning and the poor thing was on my porch. It ran off, I got back from doing my errands and it was still off to the side. I went inside to get some food and it ran right up to the bowl but won’t let me get near it. I live on Rumford and Cecil. The sweet thing is still here now just under the tree as I went inside it heard my dogs. It seems cold and hungry and it keeps picking up individual paws and either holding them up or shaking them out.
