Female dog is loose at the Lodge apartments by the office. Tried repeatedly to catch but wont let anyone get close. Nails are trimmed, looks taken care of. Been here few days property says.

Older male, seemed friendly but wouldn’t come to me. May also be deaf. Had a limp, and also had a collar on but I couldn’t see any tags. Just strolling around St Clair Place neighborhood. Again, wouldn’t come to me. But I had my two dogs with me.
