More details: Very sweet female black cat with a white spot on her chest and tummy. She has no visible wounds or diseases, only thing wrong is she is malnourished, very skinny. She’s very friendly likes head kisses and comes when you call her. Is a little skittish around loud noises though. Has a I pitched meow, and she ran towards our front door when we opened it, thinking she possibly may have been in the house before. She hisses at other cats, but the cats have also chased her before. She was on the rooftop of our neighbors on West Washington/ we are down the road from Tilly’s. She is very small, Paws around the size of a quarter. She has green eyes, no collar.
