Sorry for poor quality photo, they ran off before I could take a better one.
I’ve never seen this little one around before and they have a collar with 1-2 bells on it. There is a black spot on their left(?) shoulder that stands out to me (shown in photo). They are skittish of people and don’t seem very food motivated (maybe not lost for very long). I’m hoping they’re lost and not an owner letting their cat outside by themselves at almost midnight.

Wearing brown leather collar. Had gotten its right arm through the collar, so wearing it across its chest.
No tag on collar, but there was a hook of some kind where one may have gotten pulled off.

Adorable, very sweet and affectionate male orange domestic short hair. Amazing golden eyes. Not declawed. Can’t be very old, about 4 or 5 lbs. Just showed up under our back deck this evening meowing. Seems ok around humans, likes to nuzzle, wants to be loved.
