Looks like a German shepherd mostly black with brown has a couple black spots on his tongue. I found him and another small dog that is tan. They were together found them off of 10th and mid Hoffer by the Washington Square mall in the middle of the road he has a Collar on it’s a metal, silver collar choker chain
