I found this Lab at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Allisonville Road. He is microchipped and neutered. The owners have been contacted by Home Again, but have not contacted me. He’s black with a patch of white on his chest.

Found at Paul Ruster Park. Young cat approximately 5-10 months, buff tabby with white. Appears to be healthy but injured back end. Back legs are not functional. Possibly hit by a car. Does not present itself to be in pain. I have yet to check gender but assume male. Extremely friendly and likely owned.
