I was at the park over near 16th and riverside and that’s where I saw him he’s a very nice dog but I don’t think he associate himself with bad people that tries to hurt other people because he’s been barking at certain particular people all day then some people he sees they make him happy umm his dog tag has 456 N Holmes address on it for rabbies shots this year along with a phone number as 317-602-3423 and also another tag number as 237031 probably that’s for just in case he get lost that’s how they recognize him so he could be found hopefully it can pull up his records with that last number I gave you to see who is his owner or what information they have on him he’s a very nice dog he really is
