I found this little older (maybe blind) Miniature Poodle this morning (Saturday, December 13, 2025) between 10:30 am and 11:00 am on Chip Shot Lane in Winding Ridge Neighborhood in Lawrence/indianapolis. I was pet sitting for friends and was headed home to Carmel to check on my pets. I saw this little dog standing at edge of street and she almost ran in front of me. I asked around and she didn’t seem to belong to anyone. I put her my car and took her to Speck’s Pwt Supplies Plus on Pendleton Pike. They didn’t have chip reader but Manager Lisa and her Coworker Justin gave me a free collar and helped me put it on her. Manager Lisa said she looked like she had been running for a while. Will take her to get scanned for chip. Proof of Ownwrship is required.
