Found @ the corner of Thornleigh Dr. & Emerson Ave. Dog looks like a chihuahua but overweight. Tan/brown top, white belly. Wobbles and stumbles when he walks. Has a haze in both eyes (may be partially blind). Nails are long. Was shaking and scared when I stopped, but did respond to my snaps/whistles. After holding/rubbing/feeding he follows me around.
