Found an older male what I think to be is a Welsh terrier/mix. No tags or collar. We took him to the vet and he is not microchipped. Sweet dog that knows how to walk on a leash. Seems to perhaps have fleas and coat is thin and patchy in some areas. Nails are overgrown. Proof of ownership is required.
