Canine was brought by a good sam after seeing him on the road hit by car. Canine has extensive injuries needing immediate care and attention. Broken legs, road rash, and internal injuries. If this is your pet we will need provided with proof of ownership. This canine was found on 21st Street between Franklin and Post Road. Canine had a bright orange harness when found.
