Lost gray Great Dane, spotted this evening inside park at Pogues Run Nature Park NW corner under the overpass, behind trees, by the train tracks , I believe to female. She was severely emaciated. She looked scared but like she knows she’s in bad shape. I think she would allow help, but I had my two dogs with me, no extra leash and almost dark. I will go back tomorrow afternoon and look for her with food and water. Could be with a homeless encampment, not sure.
