Cream and white Intact male pitbull mix. He appears young (1-4 years old). He was interested in playing with neighbors dog through fence. Seems dog friendly. He allowed me to feed him a hot dog through my car window by hand, but ran when I approached on foot. Seems friendly, but fearful. He is food motivated. He had an injured left eye. He is not blind, but might be struggling with sight and pain in the left eye. Someone might be able to catch him with treat through car window with slip lead.
