Small dog, black and white coloring. Very cute, maybe a shih tzu? Almost got hit, I pulled over to try and get them to come to me and they walked towards Steve’s flowers and gifts of e Thompson. Spotted at Thompson and Carson by parc Bordeaux apartments.
