Dog sighted in fountain Square. Area is in the alley right over the Fletcher Avenue Bridge, close to Calvary church. He/she was in the neighborhood at the cross section of English and Calvary. He/she has long, almost shaggy brown hair and was wearing a collar. I tried to get out to call to him but he got scared and ran – I couldn’t even get close.
