Black and white dog noted behind the guard rail of college and 81st St. I attempted to get him into my car, but he was very skittish and ran off into the woods, but at least it was away from the busy street. He did not appear injured and at one point was rolling around in the grass. When I would try to call street him barked at me but just seem scared. I unfortunately did not have time to get a picture.
