SMALL GOLDEN DOG WITH COLLAR AND BLUE TAG!

Small dog, chihuahua size running on the raymond st bridge right after Sloan Ave. He was running the shoulder and almost got hit, I stopped my car ro grab him and he got spooked and ran all over. He ran across Raymond into the complex I pictured.
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. He ran all the way down the tree line until he went back into the trees.
