Decreased dog on side of road. I called IMPD non-emergency to see if someone could come check for a chip. Dispatcher said they would request someone to pick him/her up. No collar. All brown from what I could tell. Ears tipped over. Possibly mastiff/pitty mix?? I’m so sorry if he/she is your baby. 😢🌈🙏
