A large black,white, and brown accented boarder collie, he’s extremely friendly, he does have arthritis in his back hips and legs and useally gets daily medication if he does he has a hard time walking on unleaveled ground ect he was last spotted heading east tword briarerhopper rd and Wilber road in Monrovia, he was also later seen heading back the opposite direction, anything helps! ( should have a American flag bandanna on) he’s also very fluffy at the moment!
