When I was on my way home from work saw a decreased dog on the side of the road off of Arlington and E St Claire area. My fiance checked for a chip an collar but dog had nothing. He did remove it from the road and placed it in a box. Couldnt really take a picture as it was very graphic. Best description is long curly hair color light brown and dark brown. Probably between small and medium size. We do have a very small picture of the fur but thats all without showing too much if someone thinks it may be theirs. 😞
