Small, fully black cat with bright green eyes. No markings. She is slow moving, completely deaf, and appears to have hip problems. Very friendly and not too afraid of anyone. Currently being fed and sheltered. I can’t imagine that she has been on her own for long with how slow she is. Proof of ownership is required.
