Found this baby in the taco Bell parking lot off of Washington and Belmont looks like the dog has been running around for a while due to her being so matted and dirty. She’s safe. I’m just posting to see if her owner is looking for her. If not, I will be keeping her if this is your dog please reach out to me and I need proof of ownership before I just hand her over.
