Medium sized male dog with longer hair. Black coat with white on chest and legs. Some white on muzzle. Believed to be intact. Found with a collar on but no tags. Taken to the vet but no microchip. Additional sightings in Silver Stream neighborhood before wandering into finder’s garage. Proof of ownership is required.
