DECEASED CAT: brown tabby with white paws, white chest, and small white stripe between eyes. No collar. Found on E Washington Street near Edmondson Ave (one street west of Shadeland Ave). I moved the cat from the road to the grass on the westbound side of Washington. Contact finder for photo.
