Two lost dogs running loose on 49th between College and Arsenal Park! One is a Rottweiler with a collar and broken chain, like it was tied up somewhere!
The other is a black, brown and white herding type dog. Couldn’t see if it was wearing a collar.
I wasn’t able to catch them. They are darting in and out of traffic and are going to get struck.
