This kitty cat was found deceased on the eastbound side of Raymond St close to the median, crossroad was Villa Ave. It wasn’t there yesterday at 2pm when I drove that way. was but was there today around 12p. Picked up and taken to Noahs West. Scanned for a chip and there wasn’t one.
