Very sweet little kitty found near 30th and Pennsylvania St this evening around 5:00 PM. Medium-long hair, white and tabby mix. Skinny, hungry, and super friendly/trusting. I can house the little buddy for the night but will need to take them to the shelter tomorrow. Proof of ownership is required!!
