Lost Shih Tzu got out in Hill Valley Estates today around 2:30 PM. She is skittish around adults, but is very friendly with children. Please if anyone sees her contact me immediately, she has a fresh haircut and is wearing a pink collar with a pink vaccination heart on it. She is deeply loved, and I have been looking in the snow for hours for her.
