Our missing kitten is a similar to a European Shorthair (per Wikipedia) but with less distinct stipes (more black). It is young and still nursing! The kitten is mostly black with some white markings especially around the eyes, mouth and inside the ears. It has a fairly distinctive black M on the forehead and single lines going horizontally from the eyes. Its front and back legs have more white and black stripes.
