Small female black/white long hair dog (~9lbs) with red collar. Found alongside highway ramp at I-70 and Emerson Ave. She is very friendly. I took her to the vet and confirmed she is not microchipped. She did have fleas so I had her treated for that at the vet. Hoping to reunite her with her Owner. Proof of ownership is required. Please help!
