Found cat / older kitten near S. Meridian & Hannah Ave. He’s probably about 7 months old. He’s very thin but is eating regularly at the moment. He’s extremely vocal and extremely sweet. Very good with other cats and not aggressive whatsoever. He doesn’t seem to like being indoors whatsoever and panics. I call him Little Rat.
