I have more photos!!! Found neutered male lab (mix?) in Fountain Square neighborhood near East side. Between Hoyt & Lexington Ave on S Randolph side street. Neighbors said they may have seen him out yesterday as well but can’t be certain. Very timid at first and likes to hunker down to the floors—but has gotten over shyness quickly.
