found this dog on the south side near the corner of Pennsylvania and Berwyn. Not neutered, collared, or chipped, but extremely friendly and he feels too social to not belong to someone. please contact me asap if he belongs to you, as I work 12 shifts all the rest of this week and cannot care for him and will have to take him to the shelter
