Appears to be a black lab (could be brown); possibly a female in heat as she was wearing a diaper. Wearing a collar AND a harness. I saw her on my backyard cameras. Posted video on neighborhood Facebook page as well as Brownsburg Chatter. Picture cropped from video; clearest I could get.
