i found his microchip information and he is registered. his name used to be Tober in the shelter before he was adopted and it never got transferred over to his new name (Dobby)

about 3 feet long. friendly but skittish. very fast and likes to hide when he’s scared. big fluffy tail and body with white and grey stripes on his belly
