I passed by a grey Bully/Pitbull hit by a car and left on 465 just outside of the exit from W Washington in Indianapolis Indiana. I don’t know how long it has been there but it doesn’t seem like long. Hopefully this can give someone closure. Text me for a picture of where it is.
