We saw the cat sitting on a sidewalk in Broad Ripple (across from Forum CU) at about 4pm. She was meowing at people passing and seemed friendly so we knew she wasn’t feral. We took her to BR Animal Clinic & they scanned her: no chip. The cat is very dirty and she ate a cup of cat food in a few minutes. She is thin.
