Very skittish and scared, young mixed breed. very tall and lanky, possible great dane mix. mostly black, but i could not get close enough to identify markings or tell if it was male or female. spotted 1/29 in the afternoon and again 1/30 around 2:30 looking for food around garbage cans. very hungry, but not willing to come close even for food.
