Male Rott/Shep deceased at approximately 6850 East US Hwy 36 Avon. Headed west on north side of road. In front of Avon United Methodist Church. Appears as though he was HBC with blunt force trauma. Tail degloved. No collar or tags. Possibly deceased last night.
