Mr. meaty was found in between Morris and Belmont on Indies west side. I had him scan for a chip. He has not been chipped. He weighs approximately 65-75 pounds and has an ear infection. From what I can tell he was an outside dog, and is feathered with fleas and debris. Please contact if he belongs to you, I will need proof of ownership. He has a light colored, try bully with ember eyes, and was wearing a filthy, dirty harness.
