Scooter was last seen when I let him out to go potty around 4:30 PM Friday, December 1st at my home on 700 N. in North Salem. He is a small, full blooded Yorkie , a little over a year old with some white on his chest and various colors of brown and tan. Last seen wearing small orange collar, but his most unmistakable feature are his eyes. He has one blue eye, and one brown eye. Please help!
