Cat (maybe male, maybe fixed) seen for the last couple of weeks near Virginia, College, and Lord Streets. Today’s the first day we’ve been able to get close to him, but he was very friendly once we sat down with food. He’s been around for a while and seems to be pretty healthy. Must shot proof of ownership.
