Young- vet thinks 4-5 months old. Not altered. Had been seen for several days. Wanted inside and came up to people crying. Underweight. Proof of ownership required-adoption papers if adopted from a shelter or rescue, evidence of vet care . Also please describe collar that was on him. Vet care given today , will proceed with vaccines. re-imbursement for vet care not necessarily required but would be appreciated if this is you lost pet.
