This picture is about five years old. He is fifteen years old now and hair has thinned out especially on his buttocks mid back area. He has a white patch from underneath of his chin all the way down his chest. He has a skin condition and is allergic to fleas and grass. I took his collar off because it was thinning his hair on his neck. He is turning gray on his chin ect. He also hobbles on his back legs because his hips are going out. They tend to move as if he is scratching when he is not. If that makes any sense.
