I was asked to post the following message here; I posted this on Sunday afternoon:

I just saw a deceased black dog with a blue collar in the Argos, IN area, on the east side of 31, South of 14th Road. I believe it may have been a black lab. I live in MI and driving through from Louisville and wanted to let someone know. I am so sorry!

I’ve outlined the area I believe it was where I saw it. I am so sorry I didn’t stop, it was raining and we were in 1 lane construction. It broke my heart to see somebodies pet laying in the grass off the side of the road.
