I saw a black rottweiller with red collar and two black and white shihtzus running through my neighborhood about 10am this morning. It was obvious they were a family of dogs, living in the same household they way they ran together. Sighted around High School Rd between on Lupine Drive just off High School Rd, not the condos off 34th.
