Andrew is a male/neutered, short haired, black Chihuahua with a white diamond on his chest. He is believed to be microchipped. He was in a bad car accident with his owner today around 4:45pm at the intersection of Stop 11 Rd and Emerson Avenue on the south side of Indy. It is unknown if he is injured, he ran from the scene of the accident, he was very scared and fled. Please do not chase, he may be more scared of men than women. Please call his owner with any sightings immediately.
