Found cat, male, unneutered, black and white tuxedo. Very friendly and sweet. I am feeding but cannot let him inside as I have four indoor cats, one not friendly and another skittish. Have checked indylostpetalert. Near 42nd and Devon Ct. He had a collar one day, the next day it was off. Proof of ownership required
